   * Set USERSTYLEURL = %PUBURLPATH%/%SYSTEMWEB%/PatternSkinCssCookbookFonts/fonts.css
You can write this line in DefaultPreferences, SitePreferences, in WebPreferences, in your user topic or on a single page.
